Diane Farnham, PT, LMT

Diane has provided physical therapy in this community for over 20 years; having a degree in PT from Ithaca College. Her interest in wholistic health and love for hands-on techniques brought Diane to study extensively with masters of myofascial release and cranio-sacral therapy; two of the primary modalities she uses. Analyzing posture and movement patterns is a focus in her practice as well as to guide clients into body awareness and exercise regimes that balance body mechanics, thus supporting their body's structure in activities of daily life. Her love for yoga and movement shows in this aspect of her work. In 2001 Diane became certified in massage therapy (LMT) from the Finger Lakes School of Massage, and incorporates these techniques to provide a more complete approach. Diane is known for delivering personalized care to her clients and for being kind, confident, and caring. She loves investigating individuals’ musculoskeletal issues, and draws information from her extensive experience. Her focus of skilled manual techniques and guided body awareness assists the individual to feel, know, and better understand their body. Diane welcomes clients of all ages, those with acute or chronic conditions, and those seeking a fine-tuning modality for maintaining health and well-being.
