Dr. Joshua Green, ND
Dr. Green is a Naturopathic Doctor new to the Ithaca area. He recently graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine, a C.N.M.E. accredited school, and the oldest clinical Naturopathic College in North America. Dr. Green is trained as a primary care physician. He is educated in conventional medical diagnosis as well as herbal, nutritional, homeopathic, and hydrotherapy therapeutic modalities. He sees health and disease as a spectrum, not as black or white categories. He believes that the body is always striving to heal itself, and that his role is to facilitate that process in the least harmful and most effective means possible. He creates individualized herbal formulas to support the bodies' functioning, nutrition to bring a strong foundation to build upon, homeopathy to stimulate the healing process, and hydrotherapy to increase the detoxification process. Dr. Green sees patients of all ages to assist with various conditions, and also specializes in chronic disease, mental health, and digestive disorders. He is currently accepting new patients.
