Kathy Schlough, PT, DSc.
Kathy has over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, specializing in pediatric and adult neurological disorders and developmental disabilities. She integrates many types of therapies including craniosacral and myofacial release into her practice to help each client reach their fullest potential. Kathy has worked closely with clients and their families by carefully listening and evaluating, then creating a specially tailored treatment plan to meet their goals and needs. After teaching for many years in the physical therapy department at Ithaca Collage, Kathy returned to private practice. She holds a Doctor of Science degree in Pediatrics and is a Pediatric Certified Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. She is also certified by the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Association (NDT) which is a world wide organization of therapists specially trained to work with individuals with neurological conditions. In addition, Kathy is an artist and Feng Shui consultant. She plans to create and sell Feng Shui art prints that help to convey the energies of peace, wisdom, wealth/abundance, harmonious relationships, love and good health. These prints can be placed in appropriate places in the home or office to enhance the desired energy.
