Bernadette is a New York State licensed massage therapist and has been in private practice in Ithaca New York since 1994. 

Viewing her practice  as a healing art Bernadette integrates aspects of many trainings and approaches to create an individualized session that is both therapeutic and pleasurable . These sessions can also serve as an avenue for self-awareness and self- empowerment to encourage her clients to engage in creating their own health and vitality!

Her advanced studies include the Trager Approach , Cranial Sacral Therapy, Shiatsu and Continuum Movement . She is certified in Reflexology,  Polarity Therapy , and level three Reiki. Bernadette has a special interest in Sound Healing  and is certified in Biosonics Repatterning which utilizes specialized tuning forks placed on trigger points and energetic channels to promote balance and harmony.
